Today, I have a special announcement to make that I believe will help a few people get off the sideline and into the real estate game.

As some of may already know, I recently started a mentorship program where I help new real estate investors acquire their 1st investment property.

When I first started investing in real estate a few years back, I had so many questions, but nobody to go to for help.

That is why I decided to create a program where I can teach others how to get started and help them minimize those beginner mistakes that I made.

This leads me to the BRRRR Blueprint!

My coaching program teaches new real estate investors:

1. How to pick a location (market) to invest in.

2. How to set deal criteria and create deal flow.

3. How to analyze deals.

4. How to finance deals using hard money lenders.

5. How to estimate rehab costs and work with contractors.

6. The ins and outs of property management.

The main strategy I teach is the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) Strategy.

It has been my favorite strategy to implement as it allows the investor to limit the amount of down payment required when bought right.

The BRRRR Blueprint is a 6 month program that includes weekly Zoom calls and a Slack workspace.

On the Zoom calls, I take you step by step through the BRRRR strategy up until the refinance at the end.

Each Zoom call also includes a Q&A session where you can ask any questions that you have.

When it comes to the Slack workspace, all members will have access to it and are able to ask questions there. I will respond to all questions asked within 24 hours.
